Dear Readers, The current issue of the WNE Scientific Journals includes thirteen articles that, consistent with the journal's profile, contain knowledge and research findings in the field of economics, including the transformations taking place in enterprises and organizations, both locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. The authors presented both empirical and review research results. The articles cover a wide range of topics, including tourism—including tourist attractiveness; logistics—supply chains and warehousing processes; finance; and equal pay. The authors examined various entities and groups of entities: enterprises, local governments, and consumers. As is the case every year, the group of authors is diverse. Particularly noteworthy are the articles written by undergraduate and graduate students, who are just beginning their academic careers. It's also worth emphasizing the importance of collaboration between university staff and young scientists, which results not only in knowledge exchange and experience sharing, but also in new, often innovative research ideas. The current issue of Zeszyty Naukowe WNE (WNE Scientific Journals) is aimed at a wide readership. We hope that the articles presented will be of interest to scientists, practitioners, doctoral candidates, and undergraduate students alike. Editorial Team
