EVALUATION OF THE WAREHOUSING PROCESS AT COMPANY X IN 2022-2023

Abstract

The aim of the article was to evaluate the warehouse process at company X in 2022-2023. The analysis focused on identifying possible irregularities in the organization of warehouse operations, but also on determining the impact of processes on the functioning of the entire logistics chain at the level of the selected facility. The study was conducted using literature analysis, analysis of logistics indicators and metrics based on data obtained from the company in question, as well as our own observations regarding the organization and operation of the warehouse. The conclusions identified areas that should be optimized and presented proposals for improvements that could contribute to the efficiency of warehouse processes in the future, such as changing data recording standards, increasing production capacity, and introducing a system for rapid response to unforeseen changes.
